Re: Conflicted - Today

WR...... My property is fire mitigated, it is the adjoining properties that are not, therein lies the problem. Radiated heat, smoke and falling burning embers can still cause destruction, death and havoc. Don't forget that I also have livestock. No money yet to build a "Root cellar", still working on the old mobile. Remember, we are "financially challenged" . ------------

Re: Conflicted - Yesterday

I would agree, but where I am at a house fire would result in a forest fire, and if any of my neighbors were to go up I could stand a real chance at being burned out myself, hence my initial response .

Re: Conflicted - Yesterday

Quotesauced After Pastor Mikes comment perhaps those in urban areas could start neighborhood protection teams known as Bathrobe Gangs. Folks might see a bunch of pasty dudes in bathrobes looking disheveled and leave the area. Re: Conflicted - Yesterday

SHOCK and AWE...... some of you might still be having recurring nightmares of how I turned the tables on a would-be-thief in just my bathrobe and an old shotgun. No fully loaded battle rifle and kitted out to no end , just a MAD DOG determination and the will to execute it upon those so richly deserving of it !

Re: Modern society's demand for man to intervene in nature undoing natural selection - Yesterday

QuoteMMR1 Stupid government feeders huh! Hold my beer and watch this. They want to save the environment and world from our overuse of the natural resources, but the overuse is because of all the stupid government propped up people. If we really let natural selection play out then there would be no over population problem. We can't continue like this, sooner or later the working class will die out

Re: Conflicted - Yesterday

There are times when discretion is the better part of valor, without a doubt. Then there is taking the fight to the enemy before you have to fight him in your own house. In such a scenario I would in fact be acting selfishly, like in those zombie movies where a house has been overrun with the Dead and it's occupants are now on the menu being served up, it would be far easier to manage those kind

Re: Conflicted - Yesterday

Here is why I saw things the way that I did. I live somewhat remote, not way back in the bush but definitely in a very very rural type of subdivision of sorts, with most properties being of the 2 1/2 to 5 acre spreads but with most of the surrounding land being undeveloped , leaving mostly alot of wooded ares and open prairies . I know my neighbors, and while most of the ones being near me are n

24 bullets = 6 full cylinders and three reloads. That is just one 6-shot speed loader shy of what I carry on my old duty rig set up for my Ruger GP-100 .357 magnum. Since I don't have my old riot baton that went with it anymore I would default back to my Louisville Slugger. After making sure that my family was safe and secure, being armed with whatever else was available , I would work my wa

Re: California Dems Organizing Con-Con to Secede - 2 days ago

Ever since California started talking about leaving the rest of the nation and talk of how well they would do on there own, it reminded me more and more of a 1955 novel called The Mouse That Roared . Here is the quick basic premise..... "The tiny (three miles by five miles) European Duchy of Grand Fenwick, supposedly located in the Alps between Switzerland and France, proudly retains a

Re: Texas Elector says he will NOT vote for Trump - 2 days ago

Oh how I wish someone would leak some hidden photos of what she looks like up in that NYC private medical center of theirs that they rehabbed next to Chelsea's apartment. For the world to see the old hag getting fresh blood pumped into her like a Frankenstein monster, priceless.

The Party of peace and unity keeps calling for death and destruction , whereas we , the ones not burning anything down keep getting blamed for wanting to destroy the nation. Liberalism truly is a mental disorder.

Quotewhiterussian1974 I think PM means that they realize that their Time is over. They must exit Stage Left, only to return later as a seemingly new Character. This is the Time of Revolutions (bloodless.) The shine has worn off of their Penny. The Public has caught onto their Tricks and "know them for their Works." So, they must seem to depart from Public Scrutiny, only to work in th

I'm not going to just give this one to you this time, it's time to follow the bread crumbs and see where the path leads. By the way, if you just skip to the bottom your still not going to find the answer . WR... You might not realize this by some of the things that I have written , but I have advocated for something very similar in certain public venues also . Why keep going after all the wild dogs that are running around when you can go after the Breeders , the Boarders , and the Vets ? Let those with financial "concerns ", be more concerned with their own well being. I think
